The hotel Diplomatic has ISO 9002 Certification given by AENOR, according to the rules on quality management in accommodation, restaurant and banqueting services, and the International equivalent "IQNet Quality System". Completely refurbished in 1997, it re-opened its doors with a higher rating and new facilities. Last improvements were made in 2001. The hotel offers 252 rooms equipped with every comfort: air conditioning, via satellite color TV, full bathroom, hairdryer, direct dial telephone, fridge, mini-bar, safe, individual piped music, balcony and electronic safety locks. Our guests can enjoy spacious and elegant bar-lounge plus three more lounges for celebrating conferences, banquets and social events: "Sala Esmeralda" (Emerald Lounge), "Salón Azul" (Blue Lounge) and "La Gruta" Terrace (The Grotto). The hotel offers a varied entertainment programme, cabaret and life music every night.
