The hotel has ISO 9002 Certification given by AENOR, according to the rules on quality management in accommodation, restaurant and banqueting services, and the International equivalent "IQNet Quality System". Completely refurbished in 1994, particularly suited to families, the hotel offers 243 rooms equipped with full bathroom, balcony, direct dial telephone, air conditioning, via satellite color TV, safe and electronic safety locks. Amenities available to guests include facilities for the disabled, large swimming pool for adults and another one for children, sun terrace provided with sun beds and parasols, elegant bar-lounge overlooking the pool area, garden area, bar-terrace and children's playground, playroom for children, money exchange, fax service, medical service, car park. The hotel offers also a varied entertainment program. The hotel accepts all major credit cards.
