The hotel spans three buildings where the first is to floors high and the others are five floors high. A large swimming pool is located in the middle and is surrounded by gardens. The hotel offers 217 guestrooms - Studios (1-2 pers.), one-bedroom (2-3 pers.) and two-bedrooms (3-5 pers.) apartments. Studios have a combined lounge/bedroom, while apartments have bedrooms separated of lounge. All units are equipped with kitchenette with set of dishes, direct dial telephone, pay TV, complete bathroom and a wide balcony or terrace. Amenities available to guests include restaurant "Nerja", snack, pool bar, money exchange, and newsstand and gift shop, tennis court, darts games, children playground, volleyball, garden, terrace, laundry, lift, medical service, money exchange, swimming pool with solarium, meeting rooms and car park. There is possibility of practicing aquatic sports as windsurf, fishing or diving. Not far from the complex there are a golf court or horses to rent. As a part of the entertainment program they organize in the day time different sport competitions, and live music at night with some folklore shows as flamenco.
