Built in the year 1761 the Parador the Ronda rises up in the center of the city in a privileged location next to the emblematic Puente Nuevo in Ronda. The most colorful materials decorate the sofas and curtains of bright, spacious living rooms with an abundance of plants. The hotel offers 78 rooms equipped with air conditioning, heating, bathroom, hairdryer, mini bar, radio, safe deposit box, satellite TV and direct dial telephone. Our guests are provided with a garden, terrace, lift, money exchange, bicycle hire, swimming pool, and garage. The gastronomic side of the Parador includes excellent Andalusia style dishes such as stewed partridge, roast kid, rabbit "a la rondeņa", almond soup, "ajo blanco" (cold garlic soup) and "salmorejo". The most noteworthy desserts are "Yemas rondeņas" (sweet egg yolk flans), "tortitas de miel" (cake with honey) and "queso de almendras" (almond cheese). The hotel also features meeting rooms fitted with a slide projector, video, loudspeakers, overhead projectors, screens, and microphones. Guests with mobility problems will find easy access around. The hotel accepts the following credit cards: American Express, Diners and Visa. Pets are not allowed.
