Cancellation Policy:
You can cancel this reservation at no charge 5 days after the date of this mail. After that there is a USD 10.00 charge to cancel the reservation. However if you cancel the reservation later then 5 days before arrival (deadline) you will be charged additionally for the first day of your stay at the hotel.

Once you have received the confirmation of your booking, we will be allowed  to charge to your credit card (which details you supplied on the online reservation) the total amount for the booking. Cancellations done between 20 and 2 days before the arrival , we will refund you the 50 % for total amount.
