  All staff are very friendly and helpful, the rooms are all you require for a short stay and cleaned every day. This was the 3rd year I have stayed here. The pool is clean and of good size and the hotel is right on the beach. It also has easy access to the town centre. The hotel have also added for this year a small fridge in the rooms which is of great use and a big plus is the two internet terminals in the lobby.

  The accommodations were basic at best, but fairly clean. The size of the double room was fine. The reception could have been much friendlier. The location was fine for getting around Barcelona. The food store next door was a plus.

  Our rooms had an interconnecting balcony with a wonderful view of Gaudi's Palau guell opposite. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the breakfasts were delicious.

  Although it was cheap and cheerful it was very clean the food was good and the staff helpfull,ideal location in the old town away from the pubs and clubs.

  The hotel was everything it promised to be. The rooms are on the small side but exactly as shown on the website. Opening our window we looked out onto the Cathedral and we felt very privileged to enjoy this very special treat. The room itself was decorated in dark wood and lovely yellow bed covers giving it a destinct spanish feeling. All in all a lovely experience. The official signposting in the city, leading travellers to the different hotels, helped tremendously. Without them it would have been a nightmare to find our way by car. We also have to give a big "Thank you" and praise to the staff who were kind enough to organise the speedy recovery of some clothing items I had left behind. They were duly packed and forwarded to our friends in Portugal, our next stop during our travels.
  As all my dealings were by internet I cannot comment so much on the customer service side but all was well and I will definately use your company again.

  Very clean and comfortable rooms for the price. More convenient for the metro than we thought - 4 stops and 10 minute walk from Sol. Safe area. Good breakfasts if expensive unless you like a huge breakfast.Hotel ordered our taxi at 3am with no problem. Very efficient. Good air con.

  We have stayed at this hotel in Madrid before. This time we did not include the breakfast, but last time we paid for the breakfast and it was one of the best we received in Spain. This hotel is in a great location within walking distance from the Prado and Reina Sofia Museums. Also not too far from Retiro park and easy access to the metro. Staff very helpful and hotel is very clean and has a nice lobby. It is also very close to the Atocha train station.
  Travel Online Services: It was very professional - we got what we paid for with no hassles.

  This hotel is very convenient to the apartment where my son and daughter-in-law live. The service at Reception is excellent, the porters are very helpful and our room was very nice and comfortable. We asked for extra pillows which arrived very quickly.

  Excellent quality service and very professional staff. The hotel is superbly located with a nearby parking lot and a valet service. Our large room was very quiet, comfortable and well equipped. Breakfasts served in the XVIII Century dining room were first class. In short, this is the type of place you would recommend to anyone looking for a top performance price ratio charm hotel in Sevilla.
  Everything was clear cut at time of checking in, and the hotel met expectations risen at time of applying on line.

  I'm not disappoint.The location is perfect right on the beach front, breakfast was great and we had no problem with the rooms.We stayed on the 3rd floor overlooking the seafront.The restaurant is fantastic. If we return a 2d time to Sitges, we will definitely stay at La santa maria again.

  A friendly hotel in excellent location in Sitges. The rooms have small balconies, some overlooking the promenade. Our room was large and comfortable, the second we booked was a smaller double at the rear - quieter, perhaps in summertime. It has a lively restaurant, especially popular at lunchtimes during the weekends. Varied and generous breakfast served in the bar.
